Sixth Street Bridge (00592)
An undated photograph of the remains of the Sixth Street Bridge. In this image, the bridge consists only of an iron framework supporting an abandoned pedestrian walkway and a water pipe. The bridge spanned Blackwater Creek and tracks of the Norfolk and Western Railroad. The Rivermont Bridge is visible in the background. The building at the top of the hill is the former Elks Lodge. The railroad right of way is currently part of the City's Trail System.
