This album contains images of Grace Mae Morris Simmons and her friends prior to and after her marriage to Charles Simmons ca. 1948. Grace Mae Morris grew up in Lynchburg. Her husband was from Richmond and they made their home there after the wedding. Some of the images are of Lynchburg and some are of Richmond. This photo is of a lady on the steps with inscription of "Darling, of all people to say something I sure could say a "mess" But you're swell and these more "sweller" You'll always be a honest to-goodness friend. Don't forget your promise Oodles of Puf-"Ida" on the front of the picture in a photo album. Undated.
